We will play Cashflow for 2 hours, learn how to escape the rat race, debrief the game and talk about how we can play the game in real life.
We will also talk about how you can learn to buy real estate with other people's money, how to safely set up your corporations and LLC's and how to avoid the pitfalls in real estate investing.

Playing the CASHFLOW® 101 Game with others helps you gain a new perspective...

Why Play Games?
Games like the CASHFLOW board game are a powerful mechanism because they reflect our true behavior. As a learning tool, games enable people to 'learn by doing.' Very often, the learning process is so fun that we sometimes forget that a key purpose of playing a game like CASHFLOW 101 is to heighten financial literacy.

We always play with 35-50 players - the RSVP's on this site do not represent all those who actually attend. We are a community of investors - from novice to expert, so come out, have fun, learn and network.

You'll be happy you did!

This site's RSVP list does not represent expected attendance - so come this week. We play every week with 35-50 players. We sit 6 people to a table plus a banker. It's a lot of fun, a lot of learning and a lot of networking. Beginners to experts play and host the game. Don't miss your chance to network with millionaires, in heart and cash.
