I need a handy man right away for one of my properties in West Houston near HWY 6.
Have a new tenant in the property that needs immediate service.

I need to replace a toilet.
Fix or replace the drains on three sinks.
Install a new hardwired smoke detector.
Install a gate latch (wood fence).
Install water hookup on the refrigerator.

Quote labor only, we will provide the supplies.
