Welcome Portland Cashflow Meetup Group...

Come join us for lunch and networking with other investors. We'll be discussing the best ways to get started, and will be joined by a guest speaker, Michael Florez, from Northern California. Michael has only been a real estate investor for a little over a year but has achieved a significant degree of success already; he plans to share some tips on how to get started and "make the leap" from just being a wanna-be to really doing it. Come be inspired and enjoy getting to know like-minded people! Even if you think you already know everything you need to know, there are always things you don't know you don't know...

Soup, salad and soft drinks available for about $10, or you can order off the menu. Everyone pays for their own lunch, but the information is free!
