You've probably heard before that you can buy real estate with none of your own money or credit... can that still be done in today's market? There are a number of ways to buy real estate "creatively" -- you just have to know how! It helps to have a supportive community with different resources available that can be pooled also.

This meetup will be discussing some of the ways to "get creative" if you'd like to get involved but don't think you have enough money or credit. You may be overlooking some resources you didn't think you had... so let's take a look at what you DO have, learn to see things differently, think of possibilities instead of lack! We'll brainstorm ideas and strategies that have worked for others, and see what we can put together so that everyone can get involved on some level!
