Introduction

Hi, I'm Chris. I joined this to meet others like me who want out of the Rat Race. I own 10 SFRs currently, but plan to move into the multi-family arena and I'm seeking investment partners.

Where do you financially see yourself 1, 5, and 10 years from now?

1 - full-time investor 5 - out of the Rat Race 10 - can't even remember what the Rat Race was like.

What would you choose to do if you had the time, money and health to do it?

I would travel and learn more about other cultures. I would spend more time with my kids and record and publish my music.

What are your favorite financial books?

The Millionaire Real Estate Investor - Gary Keller, ABCs of Real Estate Investing - Ken McElroy, If You Want to Be Rich and Happy Don't Go To School - Kiyosaki
