We want to get out of the rat race!! But how does one start? Luckily for me, I married a man who has extensive experience in real estate and was able to jump start my education.

I started this meetup to help other people expand their financial knowledge. The Cash Flow games are an easy way to increase financial knowledge and I love playing with different people and finding out how they are trying to leave the rat race. This is an open group, where we should feel free to talk about our experiences and share our wisdom. I want people to feel comfortable playing the game and not feel like they are being pressured to invest or purchase anything.

People have made a lot of great connections by getting together and playing the game! If your loved one, whether it be family or friends, has doubts about the ability to create passive income, this is a great way to introduce the concept!

I was able to leave the Rat Race in August 07. Another of our Organizers, Melanie, has been out of the Rat Race for several years! So yes!! It is possible and attainable!
