of investor forums where our own local Nouveau Riche members
talk to you about the strategies they are using to close deals right here
in our own backyard of Southern California.

Deborah and Misha started as students of our investor community
2 years ago, and they have been closing deals like crazy right here
in our own back yard. Their last short sale closed the first week of
January 2009 and they received a check for over $90,000!!!
Come listen to them talk about their experiences and tell you what

questions. They are not gurus. They only started a short while ago.
