They have an excellent system of teaching and nurturing all the players as to get them to take risks and step out of their "box" without telling them what to do or how to do it. "You can lead a horse to water, but you can't make 'em drink" -I don't know who wrote that, but it is one of the most profound sayings even to this day for it is absolutely true ;-) This is an awesome group of people, friends, and basically one big family when we get together and have this much fun.
